RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At Nayla X, each piece is produced in limited quantities and many items are available through pre-order only.

Due to the exclusive nature of our collections, all sales are considered final once production has started.

However, if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at:

To be eligible for a return request:

  • the item must be unworn and unused
  • in its original packaging
  • with all tags attached

Pre-order items:
Please note that pre-order pieces require extended production and shipping times. By placing a pre-order, you acknowledge and accept the estimated waiting period communicated on the website.

Refunds:
Refunds are only issued in the following cases:

  • damaged item
  • incorrect item received
  • lost package confirmed by the carrier

We do not offer refunds for:

  • change of mind
  • sizing issues
  • delays caused by customs or carriers
  • worn or washed items

If your return is approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
